Our Mission & Vision

We are a committed group of disciples dedicated to the dream and vision of Jesus Christ. We know that the church is the body of Christ, and being in that body we are cleansed by his blood, sealed with his Holy Spirit, and saved by his grace. With this reality comes an obligation to live our lives accordingly.

  • We believe that the bible is the inerrant word of God and that every disciple of Jesus must make the bible the standard of every area of their life. 1 John 2:3-6

  • We are devoted to the greatest commandment “Love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength” and encourage one another to be daily devoted to the Lord in prayer and Bible study. And we know that because of this command, Jesus is Lord of all or nothing at all. Jesus expects nothing less than 100% commitment, so we expect nothing less from each other. Mark 12:30

  • We are devoted to “Loving one another as he has loved us.”. We are family, belonging both to Christ and to one another, sharpening each other through steadfast obedience to the one another scriptures by pursuing “one another” relationships. John 13:34-35, Romans 12:5

  • We are devoted to our Savior’s vision to seek and save the lost and have dedicated our time, money and passionate efforts to see his true message of salvation spread to all nations. It is our dream because it is his. Matthew 28:18-20; Luke 19:10

  • We believe that our salvation totally depends on the work of God and nothing of our own merit. That work of God is one of mercy and grace. That work redeems those who hear, believe, accept the Gospel message and repent (turn to God)  and are baptized into Christ through their faith in God’s power. Romans 2:7, Acts 2:22-37, Ephesians 2:8-10, Colossians 2:12

  • We believe that membership in our congregation constitutes baptized disciples. Our members agree to strive to be devoted to the body life of the church. This includes making whole-hearted efforts, for example, attending each [applicable] meeting of the body. Romans 12:10, Romans 10:24-25

  • We believe that the romantic and marriage relationships of Christians are to be pursued with only those who “belong to the Lord” as defined by Scriptures. 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1, 1 Corinthians 7:39
